Angelo is the Head of Risk Engineering in Asia Pacific.  Based in Melbourne, Angelo leads the delivery of technical risk engineering capability across the region, supporting clients with complex casualty and liability risk exposures. 

Personal Profile

Angelo joined Liberty in 2009 in Melbourne as the Head of Casualty Risk Engineering across Asia Pacific. He later relocated to Perth where he added the role of Branch Manager of Western Australia.  

In 2018, Angelo relocated to Singapore and was appointed Head of Casualty Asia, leading casualty underwriting teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and China. He returned to Australia in 2022, based in Melbourne, transitioning back into a senior risk engineering leadership role with an Asia Pacific focus.

Angelo has extensive experience working with clients across construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, chemical plants, rail transport, infrastructure, and life sciences. His technical background and regional experience support the management of complex and emerging risk profiles across a broad range of industries.

He holds Civil Engineering qualifications from RMIT University, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
