Sophie holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Sophie worked as a process engineer in the water sector, where she gained hands-on experience supporting industrial operations and developed a practical understanding of engineering processes.
