Main Role

As an Assistant Underwriter in Liberty’s Surety team in Hong Kong, Brian supports credit risk assessment, surety underwriting and portfolio monitoring across Asia. He also works closely with brokers, clients and other relevant parties to structure and execute local and cross-border surety solutions.

Personal Profile

Brian joined Liberty in 2024 with experience in corporate credit analysis, financial assessment and risk management. Prior to joining Liberty, Brian worked in commercial banking, where he assessed corporate and financial institution counterparties and gained experience in credit analysis, collateral evaluation and KYC/ AML. His analytical skills and credit background enable him to assess complex risks and support the delivery of practical surety solutions across different markets.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Operations Management from City University of Hong Kong.
