Personal Profile

Celine joined Liberty Singapore's Energy, Property & Construction team in 2010 as an Underwriter.  Prior to joining Liberty, Celine worked for an international broker firm for more than 5 years, as a wholesale regional broker handling risks across Asia.

Celine's primary experience resides in the underwriting and broking for the Construction and Power industry spanning a wide range of risks including renewable and conventional power stations, LNG trains, airports, desalination plants, hotels, casinos and manufacturing.

Celine has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of London.
