Razif joined Liberty in 2026 having 5 years of underwriting experience, with a focus on large and complex cyber risks and exposures in Southeast Asia.  

Razif holds a bachelor’s degree in Offshore Engineering from Newcastle University and has achieved the Certification in General Insurance (CGI) from the Singapore College of Insurance.
