Liberty email address changes from October 2026

From October 2026 onwards, the following domain will become Liberty’s primary email domain:

• PST and Labuan: @libertymutual.com

Please note that this change will affect personal and shared mailbox addresses, as well as some applications, portals and systems that use Liberty email addresses. However, this change will not affect the following: 

• Our products
• Underwriting arrangements
• Local teams 
• Service to brokers, delegated authorities and clients
• Service levels
   

What are we doing?

We’re working directly with known contacts to identify and complete any required technical changes to portals, systems, workflows, integrations, contact records, notification settings and approved sender or whitelisting lists that use Liberty email addresses.

If you manage a relevant platform or system and have not yet heard from us, please contact your usual Liberty representative.
