Main Role

As Manager Surety, Australia, I oversee the strategic underwriting and portfolio management of our Surety book. I bridge the gap between complex financial risk assessment and high-level client solutions, ensuring our clients have the capacity they need to deliver projects. 

Personal Profile

Joining Liberty in 2021 with more than 15 years' Surety industry experience, Alicia has a deep understanding of underwriting and portfolio management as well as credit risk analysis and cross-border transactions, client and agent facility documentation including syndicated and global cross-border facilities.  She has been involved in the management of distressed accounts in connection with senior management, the claims department, and legal counsel.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University, Brisbane, and a Master’s of International Business Economics from Oxford Brookes University and she enjoys sharing her knowledge to develop junior staff members.
