Lead the strategic direction and operational management of Data, Analytics and Insight function for Liberty’s combined business across Retail, Commercial and Specialty. 

Personal Profile

Monami joined Liberty in 2025 and is in the Singapore Office. Prior to joining Liberty, Monami has been part of Executive Leadership team leading regional Data & Analytics Strategy and Transformation leveraging Data, Analytics and AI capabilities. Her 20 plus years of Insurance and Actuarial expertise spans across Direct Insurer, Reinsurer, and Consulting and across international geographies. She has proven success in leading regional data strategy, building high-performance teams and embedding data intelligence to drive profitable business growth.  

Monami holds a Master’s in Economics and Econometrics. She is a Member of Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK and holds a Certificate in Digital Strategy from INSEAD.

She is also a member of Singapore Institute of Directors.
