Phil joined Liberty in 2021 from a global insurer in Singapore and has a background in large and complex First Party claims with particular focus on Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Property, and Construction. Originally from the UK, Phil worked in the London insurance market before relocating to Singapore in 2013.
Phil has over twenty years’ experience in handling claims in the London and Singapore insurance markets.
