Samantha is the Technical Claims Manager for Liberty's Australian Casualty team. She manages complex Casualty accounts requiring tailored client engagement and claim strategies to support portfolio profitability. Samantha delivers technical training and presentations to clients, brokers, staff and the wider insurance industry. With a particular expertise in government reinsurance and construction matters, Samantha partners with senior leadership, underwriters, clients and key stakeholders to enhance Liberty's value proposition and claims service delivery.
She is an active contributor to industry and internal forums, participating in four committees including the Global Casualty Construction Practice Group and the NSW Claims Discussion Group.
Personal Profile
Samantha joined Liberty in 2019, bringing over 15 years' experience as an insurance litigation lawyer with a focus on complex, multi‑party liability disputes. She advised global and domestic insurers and corporate clients across the construction, property and hospitality sectors.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and has maintained a NSW practising certificate since 2007.
