Driver's driving license, motor vehicle license, ID card, bank card, invoice etc. Liberty China will provide some guideline to insured according to the type of accident. 

It needs to be repaired by a repair enterprise that it has the national second-class or above maintenance qualifications within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions). 

For own damage of the insured vehicle, the insured can withdraw; if the third party injured or property damage is involved, the claims can also be cancelled if the insured provides the settlement agreement and payment record.

If it is not a major traffic accident, Police will not require driver to stay at the Mainland China. In special case or need both parties to negotiate, the Police will notify to the related party after the accident. If the insured receives any claim demand letter/notification from third party, please inform Liberty China as soon as possible. Liberty China will handle this claim. If the insured want to settle with third party directly, please inform Liberty China. Liberty China will provide advice to the insured.
