From 1 April 2026, Liberty Specialty Markets in Australia has changed its brand name to “Liberty”. We’re aligning our market presence across the Asia Pacific region under a single, unified Liberty brand.
What do you need to know?
- Our name has changed from “Liberty Specialty Markets” to “Liberty” effective 1 April 2026.
- Our website has moved to www.libertyinternational.com/au
- Our bank account names have changed from "Liberty Mutual Insurance Company Trading as Liberty Specialty Markets" to "Liberty Mutual Insurance Company".
- No other details are changing. Our legal entity name, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, ABN (61 086 083 605), addresses, phone numbers, and our local team remain the same.
- Policies, renewals, quotes and claims are not impacted by these changes.
We kindly ask all vendors and partners to update your systems and records (including panel listings, document templates, finance/vendor details and contact records) to reflect the change to our legal entity name, effective 1 April 2026, and ensure that the following details are reflected on invoices:
