Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Australia Branch, Liberty Singapore Pte Ltd, Liberty Hong Kong Limited, and Liberty Singapore Pte Ltd, Labuan Branch – collectively trading as Liberty – are foreign branches and/or foreign subsidiaries of a US Person, and are therefore subject to UK, EU, US, and UN sanctions, as applicable. Irrespective of the inclusion of a sanctions exclusion clause within our (re)insurance contracts, Liberty will not accept premium or provide coverage for any risk that Liberty determine would expose them to a potential violation of any applicable sanctions.
