Liberty has been recognised with five medals in the annual survey of Australian brokers

Liberty has been recognised in Insurance Business Australia’s Brokers on Insurers 2026 report, highlighting our continued commitment to supporting brokers through specialist expertise, tailored solutions and strong service delivery.

Liberty was awarded five medals in the 2026 survey across the following categories:

  • Gold for claims turnaround time
  • Gold for product innovation
  • Silver for premium stability
  • Silver for new business turnaround time
  • Bronze for overall service level

The annual report gathers feedback from brokers across Australia, inviting them to assess insurers they have worked with over the past 12 months. This year, brokers evaluated insurers across 11 categories, rating performance on a scale from one to five. The rankings were determined by the average scores achieved in each category, with top-performing insurers awarded gold, silver and bronze medals.
