1999
Liberty Mutual acquires 70% shares of OTB Assurance Ltd, and rebrands it as Liberty Insurance, a composite insurer.
2002
Remaining shares acquired, and Liberty Insurance Hong Kong becomes a 100% owned subsidiary.
2006
Liberty International Underwriters opens Hong Kong office.
2019
Liberty International Underwriters rebrands as Liberty Specialty Markets.
2024
All Liberty businesses in Hong Kong co-locate at 1111 King’s Road.
2026
Liberty Insurance and Liberty Specialty Markets unite as Liberty Pte Limited.
