Thuy is Assistant Vice President & Claims Manager, Asia Pacific and leads the Retail and Outsourcing Claims team which is responsible for the oversight and management of our retail claims and outsourcing arrangements across multiple product lines.

Located in Liberty’s Sydney office, Thuy heads the Retail and Outsourcing Claims team, overseeing and managing retail claims and outsourcing agreements across multiple product lines. She joined Liberty in September 2016, working on claims management and outsourcing within the Accident & Health portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in claims management, Thuy specialises in outsourcing, retail claims, and claims operations.
