Payment Options
Liberty Pte Limited offers a broad range of payment modes for your insurance policies.
The various payment options are AXS, Bank Transfer, Corporate PayNow, Credit Card and GIRO.
Important Note
- As confirmation of your payment, kindly send us a screenshot of the payment proof to accountsreceivable.sg@libertymutual.com, including policy number and/or type of policy, insured name and agent code.
- Please email any request for Official receipts to accountsreceivable.sg@libertymutual.com
Liberty provides the following payment modes for your convenience
Visit AXS online or go to any AXS station.
When making a payment, please select Liberty as the billing organization. Choose either 'motor insurance' or 'other insurance' for non-motor policies.
Please enter your billing information such as policy number and contact details.
If you are making payment for multiple policies, please process each payment transaction individually.

1If you choose Instalment Payment Plan (IPP), the full amount will be charged to your credit card and applied against your credit limit. By choosing this option, you agree to make instalment payments directly to the respective bank/credit card company according to the agreed upon plan.
- We only accept credit card payments for selected policies.
- To make a premium payment using a credit card, please email accountsreceivable.sg@libertymutual.com with your premium amount, policy number and agent code. Please do not provide any credit card details in the email.
- We will reply within 2 working days with a secure Payment Link. Just click the link to proceed with your credit card payment.
- You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment.
For selected products eligible for GIRO payment, please download the GIRO form. Complete the form accurately to facilitate smooth processing. Please mail the hardcopy form to: One Raffles Quay #40-01 North Tower Singapore 048583.
