1. Introduction 
1.1 These terms and conditions of use (Terms) must be read carefully and acknowledged before using any website and for certain websites, accepted before you are granted access to the website listed in Annexure A to these Terms (each an Online Resource). 
1.2 The Liberty Company that operates the Online Resource is identified at Annexure A to these Terms.  In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean the Liberty Company that operates the Online Resource you are using. The expressions "you" and "your" when used herein include any company or business with which you are associated and on behalf of which you use the Online Resources. If you use an Online Resource on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. 
1.3 Where an Online Resource requires login, quote, purchase, or submission, you may be required to expressly confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Use of Online Resource includes accessing, browsing, or downloading documents provided under the Online Resource. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Online Resource. 

2.  About Online Resources
2.1 The Online Resources may provide access to information and materials, including but not limited to, insurance applications, policy forms, and other information about insurance products and services we offer (Products and Services).

3. Changes and Availability 
3.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective when posted on the Online Resources. If you continue to use the Online Resources, you are deemed to accept any variations.
3.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any aspect of the Online Resources without notice for whatever reason, whether legal, technical or otherwise.  We will not be liable if for any reason the Online Resources are unavailable at any time or for any period. Changes do not apply retrospectively to completed transactions. 

4. Accuracy of information
4.1 We provide the Online Resources as a convenience to users, and they are not intended to constitute advice or recommendations upon which you may rely. We have used reasonable efforts in collecting, preparing and providing quality information and material, but we make no warranty or guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the information contained in or linked to the Online Resources. Use of the Online Resources shall be on an “as is” basis and entirely at your own risk. 

5. No offer to sell / solicitation 
5.1 The information contained on the Online Resource is not intended to constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation in connection with any Product or Service. Product descriptions are provided only as a basic outline of the our available Products and Services and are not intended to be comprehensive. Detailed information on any Products and Services is available upon request, however specific details on Products and Services including their suitability for you must be directed to your licensed insurance broker. 
5.2 Notwithstanding the above, some Products and Services may be purchased directly from an Online Resource. In these circumstances, please defer to the relevant Product policy. 
5.3 If you purchase insurance or a policy is issued, the policy wording governs the insurance contract and prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.

6. External Sites 
6.1 The Online Resources contain links to external websites (External Sites) that are outside our control. We are not required to update or endorse External Sites and disclaims any responsibility, warranty, or liability for their content including downloads, performance, accessibility, or privacy practices of those External Sites. You are responsible for any interactions with External Sites. Finally, permission is required to create links to the Online Resources and requests to do so should be directed to: asiapacific@libertymutual.com.

7. Warranties
7.1 Although we have taken reasonable steps to avoid errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law the Online Resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We make no representations or warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, currency, suitability, availability, operation, title, non‑infringement, or fitness for purpose of the Online Resources, its content, or services. We do not warrant that the Online Resources will be uninterrupted or error‑free, that defects will be corrected, or that it is free of viruses or other harmful components. Information and descriptions contained on the Online Resources is not exhaustive and is not intended to be complete descriptions of all terms, exclusions and conditions applicable to the Products and Services presented and you should contact your licensed insurance broker for complete details.

8. Privacy and information security
8.1 Our collection, use, disclosure, processing, and protection of personal information / personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (and, where applicable, the Personal Information Collection Statement) available on the Online Resource. By using an Online Resource, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information / personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data protection laws. You warrant that any personal data you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to disclose it.
8.2 You may access or seek correction of your personal information, make a privacy complaint, or raise any queries by contacting our Privacy Officer at privacy.officer.ap@libertymutual.com. If you require a physical mailing address, please contact the Privacy Officer via email.
8.3 While we cannot guarantee any information you supply via the Online Resources will remain confidential, we do take steps to safeguard your information. This is achieved through encryption, firewalls and limiting access to our authorised personnel and service providers. 
8.4 You are also responsible for ensuring that any shared information remains secure. Ensure your systems have up-to-date antivirus and security software; do not share access credentials; access the Online Resources by typing the web address in your browser rather than following links embedded in emails or elsewhere online; avoid sending sensitive information by email unless you have explicit consent; and contact us to verify suspicious emails. 9. Copyright and Trademark Information and Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 You accept full responsibility and indemnify us for any expense, loss or liability that we may incur as a result of any use by you of our textual, graphical, and other content (Content) that is not expressly authorised by us.
9.2 All Content contained on the Online Resources is our property or our respective licensors. All intellectual property rights in the Content are reserved, and the Content may only be used for lawful purposes. You are: 

• permitted to print one (1) copy of each page of the Online Resource to facilitate your making contact with us; and 
• if you are an authorised user (such as a licensed insurance broker), permitted to use content for internal business purposes.

9.3 The trademarks set out below, as well as all brand, product, service, and process names appearing on the Online Resource, are our registered trademarks.  Reference to or use of a brand, product, service, or process does not imply our recommendation, approval, affiliation, or sponsorship of that brand, product, service, or process. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel, or otherwise any licence or right under any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of us or any third party, except as expressly granted herein.
